Subject: Water heating issue with kitchen geyser purchased in the month of January.
Greetings for the Day!
This is to bring to your notice that after a lot of references, I decided to purchase a kitchen geyser from Magique but I feel that I took a wrong decision. In the beginning of the year that is on January 14th, I purchased a Magique Kitchen Geyser with Model No. MKG 9263990 from an authorized dealer of your product by the name of Maryland Electronics. Inc. He promised a warranty of one year on site at the time of purchase.
Now, that just four months have gone by, I am facing performance issues with this product. There are times when the water in the geyser is not heated at all and on other occasions I notice that at the time of heating the water the geyser makes a strange sound. With immediate effect, I have discontinued its usage and I lodged a complaint with the dealer as well who seems to be rude and unresponsive. I am requesting you to treat this on priority and get my faulty piece repaired or replaced.
