Vendor Termination Letter

By | June 22, 2013

A vendor termination letter is sent to a vendor offering their goods or services to another company. The company has the possibility to end their relationship with the vendor at the termination of their contract or in case they aren’t satisfied by the services of the vendor. It is important for the termination letter to offer sufficient notice to the vendor to make necessary arrangements.
