Subject: Termination of Rental Agreement

Dear Mr. Richard,

This is with regards to the rental agreement between us for the property at 16, MG Lane, Spring Wale, London. We entered the agreement on 15th December 2012 for one year but I want to terminate this agreement as I am planning to move into my own house. Therefore I am giving you a prior notice of 30 days as mentioned in the rental agreement.

We will leave your house on 28th November 2013 and want your presence on that day to inspect the property. There is no damage made to the property from our side and as per my knowledge, all the things are in the same manner as it was at the time of entering into the agreement.

With the end of the agreement, I expect that my security deposit amount will be returned by you within 15 days. I will hand over the keys of the house to you and make sure that I leave the house in its best condition.

We have many memorable memories with this house but we are glad that we are leaving the place for a good reason. You, as a landlord, left no stone unturned to provide us with all the facilities and to fulfil your responsibilities.

If there are any instructions or anything that needs to be done from my side, I would definitely like to hear it from you.

Yours Sincerely,

Paul Hernley
