Mr. Malcolm Samuel

Gerald & Smith Company

4352 metropolitan Ct,

Frederick, MD

Date: 08th February 2014

Subject: Resignation from the position of Sr. Executive-DBMS

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice that I would like to resign from my position as Sr. Executive-DBMS, with effect from 01st April 2014. Though it is a company policy to give a months’ notice period, I have discussed this issue with the Human Resources Department, and have been promised of early release to be adjusted with my available leaves.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working in this organization for over three years now, but believe that in order for better career opportunities I must move out. In which respect, I would also request for a “Relieving Letter” and would be obliged if you permit me to offer your name as a reference. I want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to serve “Gerald & Smith Company” and learn from it. I have made many good friends here and have widened my horizon greatly, and it is with a heavy heart that I will have to bid adieu to this organization.

Please let me know of the necessary legal and procedural formalities involved at such times and any other formalities related to technical issues.

Thanking you for everything else.

Yours Sincerely.

Tom Mark

Sr. Executive-DBMS
