Respected Sir,

I, Fred Charles, working as a sales executive at your esteemed organization, am writing this letter to ask for an immediate resignation from the company. I request you to kindly cooperate with this matter and approve my resignation.

I have been approached by a foreign firm who has recruited me in their Paris branch (France). Since, they have provided such a short span of time, I am entitled to complete the formalities by 5th June and have to leave for Paris by 10th June, 2014. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity as it projects my working skills to such a vast platform that I couldn’t have ever imagined. I deeply regret not being able to offer my complete notice to you. It has been an immense pleasure being a part of your company.

All the experiences, people, exposure, I have gained here will always be cherished by me.
This firm has provided me with the best of tasks, so that I was able to bring out the best in me.
I hope for your kind cooperation in this matter and I feel sorry for the inconveniences caused. I can be reached on 7890-889 for any information.

Will wait for your reply.

Thanking you once again.
