Subject: tenant reference letter

Dear Mr. Radcliff

I, Fred Lawson am writing this letter to you with the aim of referring a tenant for your property located at F-5, third floor, Moors building, London.  I have been informed that you are looking for a residential tenant for this address and require a single male with good past tenancy record. Through this letter, I suggest and refer you Mr. Donald Parkson as a tenant for your property.  I have known Mr. Parkson for the last 7 years as a tenant at my commercial property in London and have had a great experience with him in these years.

Mr. Donald Parkson has always paid rent on time and is a disciplined tenant with respect for rules and legal clauses. He has a friendly and jolly personality and I can say this with confidence that he will prove to be a good tenant.   I am sure that you can rent him your residential property without a doubt and be rest assured of a smooth relation with him. Feel free to contact me if you need any more information.

Thanking you

Fred Lawson
