Subject : Reference Letter for my student Ms. Jessica Holmes

Dear Mr. Parker,

It gives me enough pleasure to refer my student Ms. Jessica Holmes, whom I have known for the last three years, while she was learning under my guidance as a MDP scholar at the university. As I hold her in high esteem, I am writing this letter of reference at her request, as she is applying for the position of “management Trainee” at your organization.

I understand the job is meant for a candidate who holds strong leadership calibre and Ms. Holmes fits the description. As her Guidance Councillor I have seen her undertake responsibilities for organizing two leadership development programs and multiple awareness campaigns. Moreover, she has strong observation abilities, and as the President of the student committee, has been able to identify the inherent talents of many students and also as a member of the student committee, had the opportunity to review entrepreneurial plans of fellow students. It is not often that I have come across someone, who is so motivated, result oriented and organized in her professional calls.

The combination of her daunting spirit, personality and professionalism makes Ms. Holmes an ideal candidate for your organizations’ position. If you select her, I am sure it will take you little time to fathom why I am so enthusiastic about her as a person and a leader.

My best wishes to Jessica!
