In this paragraph, the sender has to give details about the person who is being referred, such as his qualities, expertise, skills and years of experiences. This paragraph contains all the major information about the referred person and his background.

THIRD PARAGRAPH: This is a concluding paragraph wherein the sender expresses a note of thanks for the kind consideration of his recommendation. This paragraph mentions the details of the enclosed documents, if any.
