Marketing Follow Up Letter

By | August 29, 2014

A marketing follow up letter is a kind of a letter which a company writes to its customers or clients to follow up a deal or sale of products or services. Sending a follow up letter is a good way to get in the good books of clients and comes across as a good gesture.

Dear Miss Peterson

I, Jack Dawson, the senior marketing manager at BAILEYS Furniture am writing this letter to you to follow up our sales deal made with your company on 17th April 2014.  We at BAILEYS are very glad to have struck this business deal with you and would like to assure you that you have made the right decision.

I would like to add that the terms and conditions that we mutually discussed and decided would be present in the contract agreement that is being processed at the moment.  As compared to other furniture manufacturers, we are offering the best quality and that too at the most reasonable price. Moreover, our introductory offer of 15% is something which no other producer is offering at this moment.  We are confident that you will be very happy with our products and hope that they are well received by the customers at your Furniture Stores in London.

Please feel free to contact us for any queries or questions. Looking forward to a long association with you,

Thanking you

Jack Dawson
