A company approved leave letter is a letter which is written by a person to approve a leave application of an employee of a company. Such a letter is used to state that the leave has been approved by the company and the letter must follow a formal format and tone. Sample letter is given below.

Dear Mr. Anderson
I, Billy Gregson, the HR manager of this company am writing this letter to you in response to your leave application. I am happy to inform you that the company has approved your application for leave.
As stated in your application letter, you requested for a leave from 15th May to 20th May. The HR department has decided to grant you this leave but only on the condition that you will join office from 21st May onwards. We understand that you have to travel outside the country and this is why we have granted you this leave. But you must remember that you have utilised all your paid leaves and these leaves will not be paid for.
The company only allows leaves on the condition that your work doesn’t suffer in your absence so kindly complete all ongoing projects and tasks before you go for the leave. If needed, appoint another department member to work on your behalf.
