Dear Sir/Ma’am

Subject: Job Rejection Appeal Letter

I am writing this letter to you in response to the job rejection letter that I have received from your company to urge you to take a second look at my application and also provide me with a feedback about my interview.

Last week I went through a series of interviews in your company for the job of a legal consultant. In the final stage of interview I was told that I could consider myself almost selected for the job. But I have received a job rejection letter yesterday. I am quite intrigues by this response as my interviewer gave me a very positive feedback during the interview, praised me for my legal prowess and told me to consider the last round of interview a mere formality because I could consider myself to be selected. This rejection letter comes as a surprise and I would be obliged to understand the reason behind the decision.

Thus I kindly appeal you to please reconsider my application for the post. Waiting for a positive reply from your end.

Yours Sincerely

Alisa Rogers
