Sample Job Grievance Letter:

To

Dave Harlow

Branch Manager,

California Royal Hotel,

California, USA.

Date: 25th August, 2014.

Sub: Application to lodge grievance against Floor Manager, California Royal Hotel.

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have been working as a guest relations Executive for your Hotel for the past 2 years.

I would like to file a grievance complaint against the floor manager of the hotel, Mr. Harry Anderson for misconduct and racial abuse. Under Equality Act 2009, I would like to raise my voice against the concerned person for misbehaving and using racial abuse against me. I have been bullied and in many cases have been subjected to other misconducts by the said person. I have been a hardworking and efficient employee of this hotel and have never faced such discriminatory remark against myself in the past years.

I would like to bring to your attention that the concerned person have misbehaved and have been uncordial with people of different races and have faced charges in the past as well.  As such I ask that you consider the magnitude of this ill treatment and bad behavior meted out to me and the gravity of the situation I am undergoing.

It is my hope that in invoking my voice against this ill treatment I would not be subjected to any more bad treatment and I look forward to carry on my duties in this hotel.

Sincerely,

Rebecca Williams,

Employee,

California Royal Hotel,

California, USA.
