An Immigration invitation letter is a letter made for the purpose of requesting an issue of visa to someone commonly your family and relatives. This letter is beneficial to help someone to visit your residency in foreign country so that the application for visa will be process. It must include in the letter¬† the purpose of visiting, duration of staying and if there is a plan to cover for that person’s expenses.

Sample Immigration Invitation Letter

My name is Sandra Lopez currently residing at 234 Limestone Apartment in New York, America. I am a permanent United States resident.

The purpose of writing you a letter is to request a visa to be issued to Mr. Henry Lopez, who is my father. This is to allow him to visit me at my resident in America. We planned to visit me here from the 1st of June 2015 until the 10th of June, which is also my birthday on June 5.

During his visit, he will stay in my resident the above address I have mentioned awhile ago with full responsibility of providing him shelter, food and water including clothing and medical facilities while he is with me.

Together with my letter, I have also the attachments of the documents that will serve as an evidence for the completion of immigration formalities to issue an American visa from the USA consulate.

I’m looking forward to your response as soon as possible. Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

Sandra Lopez
