HR Interview Invitation Letter

An HR interview invitation letter is the letter written by an organisation/ entity inviting an applicant to interview for a certain human resources job position at the organisation. The letter is the official mode of communication between the applicant and the recruiting business entity.  A sample letter is given below.

We at Constance Securities & Business Enterprises are writing this letter in response to the job application filed by you for the HR manager position. The recruitment team has viewed your application and previous experience details.

We have reached a decision regarding your suitability for the position and would like to invite you to interview with the HR team at our regional office. You are scheduled to be interviewed on the 29th of August, 2014 at 12:30 p.m. You are required to carry all the originals of your documents and additional copies of the documents not supplied with the initial job application. Please respond to this letter with a confirmation letter or a confirmation call to our offices, as early as possible.

In case you need to reschedule the interview please contact the regional office who will then forward the request to the head office. We hope to hear from you soon.
