Subject: Job vacancy inquiry letter

Respected Mr. John,

I am writing this letter to inquire from you about a vacancy at your company’s office for an IT assistant position. I was told about the job opening by Mr. Fred Charles, employed as an IT executive at your esteemed organization. If the position and the vacancy exist, then I am highly interested to apply my candidacy for the same as I have always longed to work at a reputed organization like yours.

Currently, I am working as an IT assistant at Royal’s firm and have an extensive knowledge about IT industry. Through this letter, I would like to enquire from you regarding the eligibility criteria for the candidates, pay scale that you offer, employment contract and other such details. I have a proven background of working under the supreme guidance of my seniors and IT heads, maintaining registers, handling phone calls and scheduling appointments. I look forward for an opportunity to discuss my relevancy and capabilities for the job post of an IT assistant.

I request you to kindly reply back to my inquiry letter at your earliest convenience. If you need further details and clarifications, please feel free to contact me on 599593.

Thanking you.
