HR Interview Letter

An HR Interview letter is a letter which is written by a person to invite a candidate or applicant for a job interview for an HR position.  The letter must clearly convey information about the venue of the interview as well as its date and time. A sample of an HR interview letter is given below.

Your resume is very impressive and consists of all those qualifications that we are looking for. We are particularly happy with your educational qualifications and achievements. As you know, we are looking for someone who can fulfil the responsibilities of payroll management in the best manner and we hope that you will impress us on the interview as well. The interview is scheduled to take place on 28th May 2014 at 11 am onwards and will be held at our head office itself.
