I am Billy George and I am a new customer of Vodafone connection. I have recently bought a number-493959595 in my name and I have been facing a few problems with it. This is an inquiry letter and I hope that you will be able to solve my doubts.

Firstly, I would like to tell you that I have taken a postpaid connection where I pay a monthly rental of $20. This is the most basic plan but I do wish to inquire about how can I upgrade this plan and convert it into a plan that supports 3G connectivity. Moreover, I have been facing many network problems and would like to understand the reason behind it.
