Sub: Follow Up regarding job position of Marketing Manager.

Respected Mr. Cameron,

I am Paul Harry and writing this letter in order to follow up regarding the interview that I appeared for in your organisation on 1st of May, 2013 for the job post of marketing manager. I am really thankful to you for taking out time from your busy schedule and conducting my interview. Being interviewed by your top management was an enriching experience and the panel was very cooperative as well.

I feel that my interview was good as I was able to answer majority of the questions and the interviewers also seem to be impressed with my skills and qualifications. I was told that I will be informed about the interview results in 3-4 days but I have not been informed as yet and thus sending this follow up letter.

I wish to work with Allied Industries so as to make maximum use of my experience and skill sets for the growth of the organisation as well my career. I kindly request you to please let me know about the results as I am quite hopeful to get the position. If any other information is needed, I can be contacted on 79909-9877.

Paul Harry.
