Subject:  Farewell letter to employees

Dear all,

I wanted to take a moment to let you know that I am leaving my position as the Emeritus Professor at the Harvard University. I’ve had the pleasure to meet some of the smartest, most intelligent, and hard working people I’ve ever known here at the University over the course of the past 3 decades.

I have enjoyed my time here and I appreciate that I had the opportunity to work with you all. Thank you for the constant support, advice, and encouragement that you have provided me during my time at Harvard. Together we have carried on the legacy of this great institution and our students have achieved remarkable results in academics. Due to our hard work and diligence, the bright minds of the nation have been moulded into excellent individuals who have been responsible for the prosperity of our nation.

It has been an incredible journey and looking back at it, I won’t change a thing. Please keep in touch even after I’m gone. I can be reached at my email address davidwarner@hotmail.com or at home number, 444-101-2222.

Thanks again for everything.
