Sub: Letter for Vendor Complaint

Dear Mr. Gilbert,

I am writing to inform you regarding the complaints received from various customers regarding the service(s) provided by a vendor of your organization – Mr. Fredrick Johansen. It has been around three months that I have been receiving such complaints repeatedly.

I had informed you earlier as well, but to no avail. This is the last time I would be writing to you and request you to fix it this time, for another complaint would seriously jeopardize my company’s future. My clients are my primary priority and I don’t find this regular flow of complaints from customers as a good sign for my business. The complaints have mostly been regarding delay in delivery as well as for irresponsible attitude, lack of proper response, not attending calls properly, etc. I would appreciate if you kindly intervene into the matter and have a clear discussion with the said vendor regarding the complaints. I had been introduced with this vendor through your organization, so I considered it best to inform you every time. I realize you have a very busy schedule and have to look after several important matters, but our association is not a personal one and hence I expect a professional attitude from you.

It would be best if you could solve the matter within a week, else I would have to end this association in order to satisfy my clients.
