Sub: Complaint for tenant dissatisfaction

Dear Mr. Fernandez,

It has been a pleasure to have lived in your apartment [15/C-III, Johanna Apartments] for the last two years and still continuing to be so. I have always been more than satisfied with the professionalism you show despite the personal care and concern you bestow upon me and my family. However, currently the problem of water dripping from my roof is troubling me and that is why I am filing this official complaint and including all the required facts and details.

I have never really faced any issues with you and have never had to complain for anything. I had always appreciated the fact that even the slightest of problems and difficulties faced by your clients never go unnoticed at your front, but this time it has got really serious and you are nowhere to be seen to solve it. It has been more than a week that I and my family members have been facing this problem. It started on the 16th of April, 2014, at 6 pm in the evening, and since then has been continuing. The problem has occurred in one of the bedrooms; hence, it is getting really tough for us to live this way. The problem is a continuous one and not for certain span of time. It is not being possible for us to entertain any guests, but, more importantly, I am worried about the health of my family members. I am not even sure where from is this water coming and what is its content.

I had tried to contact you several times since the first day of the problem but could not. However, I would like to request you to solve this problem within three to four days. I hope you would do the needful.

Yours sincerely,

Pete Stevenson
