Subject: Complaint about the reporting manager who have biased attitude towards certain team members.

Dear Charles,

Warm Greetings!

Hope this letter finds you in the great health and spirit. I am writing to you to bring to your notice that I have been a part of the operations department of S.S. Industries Inc. as an operations executive from the past 2 years. Four months back, I received good news in the form of my appraisal to the post of Senior Executive. During this appraisal I was shifted to another team whose team leader is Matthew Bernard.

I have been a happy employee and a good performer all through but now that I have been shifted to another team I am facing issues in keeping my performance up and maintaining a cheerful attitude at work. My team manager has certain bias towards some of his existing team members who are actually not performing well. They are taking unscheduled leaves and are also not able to meet their targets. They have a temperament to misbehave with their colleagues and for some unknown reasons my reporting manager seems to be biased and protective towards these members. Towards the end of the month, the burden on the heads of other team members is drastically high because of these underperformers. My Employee ID is SSI#941F. This work environment is highly de-motivating and unprofessional. Requesting your kind attention towards the matter escalated.

Thanks and Regards,

Cyril Thomas

Senior Executive
