Subject: Complaint about the faulty air conditioner and after sales service.

Dear Sir/Madam.

This is to state that on 20th May 2014, I have purchased a 1.5 ton split air conditioner with model number (3hw25546) from your Lochside street showroom.

Unfortunately, the product has not performed as expected and after sales service is quite poor. Firstly, the product was delivered at the mentioned location after 2 days of expected delivery and technicians sent for installation lacks proficiency due to which I faced damages around the area where it was installed. Moreover, I doubt the functionality of the air conditioner which makes a loud banging sound when temperature increases from low to high.

To resolve this problem I have made several complaints on the customer care number 4448799999. However, every-time I had to face refusal as according to the company policy onsite service more than 40kms would be charged. Though during purchase I was not notified about this fact and would request you to shed some light on this policy as well.

I would request you to take up this matter for some early actions before seeking help from the grievance cell of consumer protection agency. Also, kindly let me know the process for replacing the faulty model with a new one. Please contact me at the below address and phone number.
