Subject: Complaint letter for non transfer of money

Respected Ma’am,

This letter is to bring to your notice that till about a week ago, I was happy and content to use the services rendered by your company and was at peace when I was transferring money to my family in the U.S. But last week when I transferred my money online to family, I was shocked to know that they did not receive the money. Money being an indispensable part of everyone’s life, I would like you to take a proactive initiative in this regard and confirm the whereabouts of my money.

Though this has been an unprecedented incident, I would still like you to know that the non transfer of funds to my family has harassed them and a quick redressal of my issue is the only way out. My transaction number is 79870/2013 and I had transferred an amount of £2000.  I have also tried using the tracking service by your company but to no avail. I hope you understand the importance of customer service and money and hence I am looking forward to an early action from Money and Us Money Transfer Services Pvt. Ltd.
