Subject: Cancellation of 3g connection, number 908 465 6741 078

Dear Mr. John Cranston,

I hereby send a written notice to request cancellation of my number 908 465 6741 078 effective 2/2/2015. Kindly send me a written confirmation letter via email or hardcopy confirming the cancellation. I would like to thank your company for the service provided to me during this time.

I am withdrawing the service because I am shifting abroad with my family. I have a timeframe of 30 days to shift so I am sorting out matters during which time. I have never faced any problem with your service.

Please refund any unused part of  payments given by me.  Also, please do not charge my bank account for any further billing. I have also intimated my bank about the same. The current month’s bill will be cleared without fail as per the normal payment cycle.

I am expecting your kind co-operation regarding this and a quick action.

I would be waiting for your reply.

Sincerely,
