Subject: Letter of intent for cancellation of service

Dear Mr. Robert,

This is to bring into your notice that I intent to withdraw the garden cleaning services of your company. The reason for cancellation is the bad behavior and unprofessional working attitude of your staff. My Registration Id is F925AZ and the date of registration is 30th June, 2012. I have complained many times before via email or phone but did not find any considerable action from your end.

The working staff is very rude in their behavior and the quality of service is also not good. We also don’t get regular service. I realize that we have been bearing too much with you. We are paying too much according to the service standard. We pay $250 every month for this service. However, would request you to stop any further billing.

I am looking forward for favorable consideration of the cancellation request with an immediate effect.

Thank You,

Yours’ Truly

Mary Joseph
