This is to bring to your notice that the management team of Kodema International is happy with the business partnership proposal sent by you and wish to take this forward after discussing a few amendments with your team.

At the moment, Kodema International is seeing a phase in which it is growing everyday in leaps and bounds. In such a phase of growth we certainly need a trustworthy, dependable as well as affordable ally to work on the public relation issues of the company. We see a spark in the team you had sent forward with your business proposal and thus, we have decided to take this ahead. Although, the package that you are offering will not be taken as it is, it needs to be tailor made in some domains so that it matches our expectations perfectly.

As, your team proposed, you said that you would be making and sharing fortnightly graph of how the company’s public relations are heading. Instead we would need a weekly report for the same in start. We would also like that recommend that every month you conduct a meeting with our marketing head and handover the compilation of the work done by you in entire month. Lastly, the raise of 10 percent fee every six months should not be exceeding 5 percent, as that is what fits in our pocket at the moment.
