Date: 25th April 2014

Subject: Follow-up on the pending stock of business cards to be delivered.

Dear Harry,

Hope you are doing well.

This is to request you give an update on what is the status of the order of business cards that Paula Merchandising placed last week for a batch of 25 of our employees.

We generally do not see any delay in the service you have been providing to our company from years but this time as a week has passed, I am compelled to ask you for the status of the order. Please let me know if you are facing any issues in processing our order or if there are some other issues in which we can be of help. A concrete answer will help us take a better call over the matter as when we try to reach you over the phone, the calls are going unanswered. I hope things are smooth at your end.

If everything is positive and if we can expect our consignment in another 48 hours then please let me know so that we can place the order of business cards for our next set of employees today itself. A quick update as an acknowledgement to this letter will be highly appreciated.

Hope to receive our last consignment soon and response from you stating that everything is fine at your end.

Thanks and Regards,

Helen Gresham,

Admin Manager,

Paula Merchandising.
