Sub: Appreciation Letter

Dear Mr. Hayden,

This letter is to appreciate your endeavors for successfully running the educational week in our university that was held on 7th October 2013. Your assistance, lectures and practical hand-on trainings on Geology has helped the students to take up this subject as their preferred ones and students are very happy to have you as their mentor. You have been selected for the best teaching professional award amongst all other participating colleges and universities.

You had given more than your schedule time in university to make this event a successful one and your passion and hard work is not only appreciated by the students and our fellow teachers, but also by the parents and mentors from other universities who had attended.

Your relentless hard work during this event and your proficiency in the teaching has helped our university to mark the top position amongst the others. Your professional approach and friendly way of teaching has helped the students to get adequate knowledge about Geology and also helped them to complete their project work within the deadline. Without your benevolence and appropriate support, it would have been difficult to make it a victorious event.

I, therefore, would like to take this opportunity once again to appreciate your hard work and hope that you will continue teaching our pupils with the same positivity and professional approach.

Thanking you,

Yours truly,

Byrin D’Souza
