This letter is to appreciate the services you had given me during purchasing my car. With the recommendation from one of my friends, while I went to your showroom to purchase the hatchback car around two months back, I got commendable service from your sales representative in selecting the right kind of car I was looking for. With immense pleasure, I would like to extend my gratification to you for your kind support and assistance you had provided during purchasing the car. Not only that, the after-sales-service is also quite appreciable.

In this context, I would like to mention about an accident that took place last week and the bonnet of my car got fully damaged. I must state the service and support given by your sales representative, Mr. Stephen Hangs during that time, helped me in getting the car repaired within two days without any hassle. I didn’t have to even bother about the insurance part as Mr. Hangs took full care of it and gave his best effort to get the insured money on time. His assistance and gentle behavior at that difficult situation is definitely praiseworthy.
