Hope you are doing well!

We are pleased to announce that you have cleared the various rounds of interview with Velcro Inc. for the role Associate Sales Executive. We are now forwarding you the contract and the various other details of how you need to take this ahead.

As discussed with you over the interview, we are offering you a role in our sales team which will begin its tenure from May 1st 2014 at 9 A.M. With the letter your contract letter mentioning your salary, work hours and days, code of conduct, leave policy and other important details are attached. You are required to go through these documents in detail and provide an acknowledgement letter stating your answer to the offer. The offer will stand nullified after 72 hours if you do not provide an acknowledgement to it.

At the time of joining, i.e. on 1st of May you are required to carry a copy of your photo identity proof, address proof, three passport size photographs in formals in a navy blue background and your certificates (i.e academic as well as past experiences).
