Subject: Interview call from Stanford Reliable Security Services for the role of associate marketing manager.

Dear Jasmine,

Greetings for the day!

We are glad to let you know that your resume has been shortlisted by the human resource team of Stanford Reliable Security Services for the marketing division.

After screening your resume in detail we felt that knowing your personality in detail would be a good option. This is a formal call for an interview for the role of associate marketing manager with our company. The key responsibility areas of an associate marketing manager are to assist the marketing manager in marketing strategies, work out on the models which can be most beneficial to the company in the long run, designing of the marketing materials, exploring the various modes of marketing etc.

Very shortly, you will be getting a call from the human resource department of the company to fix up a time slot which is mutually suitable. At the time of interview, make sure you carry a copy of your academic certificates and relevant joining and relieving letters. Basically it will be a three round interview, which will start from an interaction with one of the members of human resource team, followed by the written round and if you perform well in both of these rounds then it will be last and final round with the management and operations teams.

Wishing you luck for the interview.
