Subject: Appointment for an interview for Job application made for the post of junior assistant

Dear David,

We have received your application for the post of a junior assistant in our company, Marks and Marks Ltd. We have gone through your application and feel that you possess the necessary educational qualification, the experience and the required skills for this position.

We have scheduled an interview for the 2nd of April at 10 o’ clock and we would be conducting around five rounds of interview.
