Sub :- Fellowship appointment letter
We are hereby writing this letter to communicate to you regarding the graduate fellowship program which is available at our Glamorgan University. We are glad to inform you that you are being offered the graduate fellowship appointment at our University. This fellowship program will begin from the 1st September when the first semester of the graduate course begins and will be available until the completion of the first year of the graduate program at our university.
This graduate fellowship appointment is not an offer of employment and is meant for the purpose of your pursuit of higher studies alone. The tuition fees for the graduate program will be paid up to a maximum amount of 2000 pounds per semester through this fellowship program.
You will have to comply with the terms and conditions for an ongoing support of this fellowship program during the term of the graduate course which is briefly specified here under:-
- It is required that you do not have any backlogs in any of the subjects in any semester during the graduation course term and shall obtain a grade of not less than 3.0 per semester for availing continued support of this fellowship.
- You agree to comply with all other requirements such as discipline, conduct and positive participation during your course association at the university level without fail.
You may sign and acknowledge the acceptance of this appointment and return this letter to us within 15 days of receipt.
