Ms. Emily Jackson,

Manager – Human Resources,

#2, Newark, Nottinghamshire,

London, NG24.

Date – 15th July 2013

Subject : Rejection of appointment letter sent by your company

Dear Madam,

I am writing this letter with reference to your appointment letter dated 1st July 2013 with number HRM/EB24. I have received appointment offer for the position of Manager – Quality control from your company. I am very thankful that your company offered me this position and appreciate all the efforts the company has taken in completing the recruitment process.

But with great regret I have to inform you that I am unable to take up this opportunity as I am moving out of country on account of a better job opportunity. I am forced to take this decision in the vent of financial crisis that my family is going through. The job offer I have got right now will not only help me in financial appreciation but also give me better career growth prospects as well.

I am really honored to have been selected in your esteemed company and if I did not had the financial crisis I would have been glad to work for a company of your standing and reputation. Even the interview process proved to be a learning point for me with your organization and thrilled me intellectually at every stage apart from getting to meet and interact with senior management staff.

I once again take this opportunity to thank your organization for considering me suitable for this position in your organization.

Thank you.

Yours Sincerely,

Nova P Jenison
