In some cases the customers acquire goods or services without the immediate payment in cash, and this means that they need a credit to pay for the goods and services bought. A credit application letter is written by guarantors, bankers, or assurors who take responsibility for paying for the credit in case the debtor is not able to. It is important for the letter to assure the creditor that they will receive their money. The formulation ought to contain:
