Dear Mr. Kanley,

It was pleasure meeting you regarding the role of Executive Assistant in Cairn Inc. We are glad that you appeared for the interview but after reviewing the meeting notes carefully we regret to inform you that the current role cannot be offered to you. We are looking forward to hiring a candidate with 8-9 years of relevant experience in the industry. Unfortunately, that is something in your resume which you couldn’t have had control over.

Your personality was impressive and the qualification was decent and these attributes will prove to be of luck to you in finding other better opportunities within the industry. We wish you providence in your job search.

At the moment we are keeping your resume in our database for another 120 days and if there is a flip in the circumstances we might get in touch with you. If you at that point of time feel that it getting interviewed for the role matching your profile will work for you then we will happily conduct your rounds of interview.

If after 120 days, you feel that you need to re-apply for certain positions and you have worked on yourself for the same you will have to send in your application again. We would again like to thank you for your current time and efforts and also for considering Cairn Inc. worthy of all your efforts.

Wishing you luck for your future,

Messy Johnson
