Dear Mr. Harry,

This sale agreement letter states an agreement made between Mr. Harry Young and Mr. Charlie Bains on 16th March 2012.

We have received your purchase order dated 15th March 2012 for the purchase of apparels including pullovers, designer wear suits, designer tops and kids wear. I feel pleasure on behalf of our company, ‘Charlie Designers’ located at 10, Parker Street, Manhattan to confirm the order of 20,000 items from your company, ‘Harry Garments’ situated at 43, Yorkshire lane, Victoria, Manhattan on 16th March 2012.

All the specifications mentioned by you in your order have been forwarded to the manufacturing unit. They are putting their best effort to make the clothing finer and to assure best of our services.

As per the agreement, we are providing the stock at wholesale rates plus taxes.Transportation costs will be charged extra. Payment, as discussed earlier, must be made at the time of delivery of goods on 29th March 2012.

Please check the goods as soon as you receive them and let us know within 2 working days in case of any non-compliance to the specifications. We are fully responsible for any kind of mishap occurring during transit. Damages claimed afterwards will not be entertained.
