Subject: regarding the distributor agreement.
Dear Mr. Larose
I am writing this letter to you to discuss the terms of our distributor agreement. Firstly I would like to say that I have been distributing your products for the past 10 years and it has been a pleasure working with your organisation. It is time to renegotiate the distributor agreement and given here are the few terms which I would like stress upon and suggest changes in.
As you know my distribution agency has expanded its reach to 4 new states and this time we’d like to distribute your products there as well. The share of the distributor and other fees shall see a 10% mark up increase with the payment mode and time remaining the same. This revised agreement shall hold valid for another 3 years with the option of renewal same as before. We shall retain the status of your priority distributors and you shall retain the status of our priority clients. The other terms of this alliance shall remain same as in the previous agreement.
