Subject: Agreement termination Letter

Dear Mr. George,

We are writing with reference to the agreement that we entered with your company with agreement number ASF243/2011 dated 1st January 2011. This is to inform you that we are terminating the agreement on account of non-compliance of terms and conditions specified in the agreement.

Your company had agreed to provide the goods according to the sample that was supplied to our company. But only the first few months we have received the goods from you according to the sample and after that the goods have been received in varied sizes and specifications. Even after repeated requests made to your company we have not be able to get the desired results. We are sorry to say that we are forced to terminate the agreement with effect from this month end and do not want your company to send us any goods from next month onwards.
