Interview Acceptance Letter

When a company wishes to invite a person for an interview, they will be sent a formal letter containing the details of the interview. This is usually sent via email. Once the candidate receives this letter, he or she is supposed to write an interview acceptance letter to let the company know that they accept the details of the interview. This letter is a good chance for the candidate to make a good impression on the employer. The letter should look something like this:

City and zip code of the company

Dear Sir/Madam

In this letter would like to respond to your interview call letter which has been sent to me for the post of (name of the position) in your company. I would like to let you know that it is my intention to attend the interview on (date of the interview). I would find it useful if you could let me know if you need me to bring something to the interview.

I would like to thank you for selecting me for the interview for the post (again, mention the name of the open position). In order to discuss the following steps I would like to meet you on the date mentioned before. It will be a pleasure to answer your questions regarding my past professional experience and training.
