Dear Mr.  Nathan,

I, Billy Jones, senior manager at Carla Enterprise am writing this letter to inform you that we have received your insurance proposal letter and have come to a decision to accept the terms of the insurance scheme. After careful consideration, our board of directors has come to this decision keeping in mind that the insurance quotes offered by you suit our requirements and budget.

Making this decision was an extremely difficult thing to do, considering the gamut of other insurance companies with competitive insurance schemes and prices. But due to unmatched customer services and a good market reputation of your insurance firm, we decided to go in your favor.  We hope that you and us work together as a team and have a wonderful association in the future years to come. In the letter, you had requested us to send you all the legal documents along with the other important paperwork so that you can proceed with your side of the work. We would like to inform you that the documents are ready and your representative can collect them from the head office in the coming week anytime between 9 am to 5 pm.

Additionally, we would like a formal copy of the insurance agreement so that terms can be formally laid down. Hope to receive it soon,
