This letter is in response to your job application letter which was received by us on 28th February 2014.  You had applied for the post of Assistant accountant in our firm. We received your resume and other supporting documents enclosed with the letter as well. We would like to inform you that after going through your application and resume, we have decided to hire you for the above mentioned position and hope that we will have a good professional association with you.
