Conditional Acceptance Letter

By | June 21, 2014

A conditional acceptance letter is generally written from the institute to the candidate to inform him about his conditional acceptance in the institute. The conditional acceptance letter must contain complete details about the condition which must be fulfilled in order to confirm the acceptance. The letter must also throw light upon the consequences if the condition is not fulfilled.

Sample Conditional Acceptance Letter:

Ms. Kathy Brown,

Regency apartment,

Date:7th June, 2014

Subject: Conditionally accepted for the diploma studies.

Dear Kathy,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted for the diploma studies in computer science at the XYZ University on conditional basis for the July 2014 session. The classes will commence from 4th July and you are required to be present at the campus. The schedule for the rest of the classes will be announced on the same day.

About conditional acceptance: Your “mathematical ability” score was less than the required scores which is why you will have to give a re-test for the same paper in order to continue your classes. If you fail to achieve the minimum scores, you will not be allowed to attend the classes and your admission will stand cancelled.

More details about the course and the university can be found at the official website of the university. You will also be needed to submit the fee amount via an appropriate payment mode before the last date mentioned on the website. For any queries or further assistance, kindly reach 1800-567-345.

Admissions Officer,
